Training Formats

Using the latest technology in Web-based training provides the convenience of attending training sessions from your office or home computer. Customized training is conducted in your database with your configurations, enhancing the training experience. Public Webinars are conducted in my training database with attendees joining from their computer. Conference calls are provided at no charge using VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) calling from your computer or by joining my Web conference call for a nominal charge.   • One-on-one via remote access
    Call for a quick fix or schedule a date and time at your convenience. Individual training sessions are provided at my standard hourly rate.
  • Training the trainer
    This training is geared towards the in-house administrator. If you have a sharp person in your office with the time and talent to train your staff, then give them the knowledge to do the job.
  • Customized group webinars
    Sessions can be scheduled for groups of two or more. I will customize the agenda to your specific needs and, if requested, develop a procedure guide.
